Sophia Sauter wears many hats. She is the Owner and Founder
of Active Living Physiotherapy, she is a Sports Physiotherapist, is
CEO of the Sauter family- with her husband and busy twin boys,
she is a community coach and a volunteer with various local
organizations. You will find Sophia running, cycling, Nordic
skiing, or swimming in her free time. Throw some yoga in there
as she knows the importance of looking after herself! Sophia is
excited and passionate about anything community-oriented,
including the Strathcona Collective Magazine!
